Meet the Team
Nick Gravino, President
Nick has followed the Lord since age five, and began asking God to use him as early as ten years old. His call came in 2023, when the Lord spoke clearly — prompting him to leave his job and step into a season of intentional sabbatical. On the very first day of that sabbatical, what would become BLMLSS was born.
For the past three years, Nick has been co-leading Blameless Ministries with his Wife, Emily. BLMLSS is an organization devoted to equipping and empowering people to walk in the authority and power of the Holy Spirit. Though he carried a desire for full-time ministry from a young age, Nick spent 15 years in the professional world, selling custom software solutions to Fortune 500 companies and startups alike. That experience — navigating complex problems, building partnerships, and delivering results for clients — now fuels how he leads in the nonprofit space.
Blameless Ministries exists to help believers get free and stay free through prayer and discipleship. But the vision is bigger than that: Nick believes God is building something through this ministry that will grow into a worldwide network of believers walking in the power of the Holy Spirit — hopefully, something the world has never seen before. The dreams are beyond his ability to make happen—but he knows God is the author and finisher of his faith.
Today, as Nick steps fully into ministry and out of the corporate world, he is convinced of one thing: God has called him to this, and the time is now — to prepare the Body of Christ for the return of Jesus. “Come Lord Jesus, come!”
Emily Gravino, President
Emily Gravino's passion for ministry and discipleship began during her college years, where her relationship with Jesus started while playing collegiate soccer and becoming involved with Campus Outreach. Through discipleship, community, and mission, she developed a heart for helping others grow in their relationship with Christ and discovered a calling to invest in the lives of others.
During college, Emily completed two overseas ministry internships in South Africa and felt a clear call into vocational ministry. She joined the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), where she spent the next ten years discipling student-athletes, developing leaders, and building ministry movements. Over the course of her tenure, she served in various leadership roles and eventually became the Atlanta Collegiate Director, overseeing ministry strategy, staff development, and discipleship initiatives across the city. During her time with FCA, Emily also created and developed a summer discipleship internship called Encounter for college athletes that continues to impact and equip young leaders today.
In recent years, the Lord expanded Emily's ministry focus to include health and wellness. She co-founded Built Holy, a company which guides women in returning to God's holy design — strengthening the spirit, soul & body through spiritual rhythms, healthy living, functional strength training, and the bond of sisterhood.
Emily's passion for prayer ministry began several years ago when she and her husband, Nick, sensed the Lord calling them into a deeper pursuit of holiness, intimacy with God, and dependence on the Holy Spirit. What started as a hunger for more of God became a journey marked by prayer, healing, freedom, and a deeper understanding of life in the Kingdom. Through this season, Emily has experienced the transforming power of God in her own life and has witnessed countless others encounter healing, restoration, and freedom through prayer ministry.
Today, Emily serves as Co-Founder of Blameless Ministries alongside her husband, Nick. Together, they have built and equipped a growing prayer team and have had the privilege of walking more than 100 individuals through freedom, healing, and restoration prayer. Her heart is to help people walk in greater freedom, healing, and wholeness so they can fully step into the purposes God has for their lives. She is passionate about equipping believers, cultivating authentic community, and helping others learn what it means to walk closely with Jesus and be led by the Holy Spirit. Alongside her work with Blameless, she continues to coach through Built Holy & a local non-profit gym Noble Clay, and remains committed to helping people experience transformation in every area of life.
When she's not serving in ministry, Emily enjoys training, being outdoors, and spending time with her husband, Nick, and their two children, Leon and Ari.
Taylor Allen, Ministry Director
Taylor Allen serves as a Prayer Director for Blameless Ministries and has been involved with the ministry since 2023 after personally walking through the prayer process. Through deliverance, Taylor experienced the transformative power of healing and freedom in Christ and sensed the Lord inviting her into a deeper pursuit of prayer ministry. Since then, Taylor has faithfully served alongside the Blameless team, helping facilitate prayer processes, leading D-Groups, equipping intercessors, and walking with individuals toward greater healing, freedom, and wholeness.
Taylor grew up in the Catholic church but encountered Jesus personally at a Young Life summer camp in high school and has been passionately following Him ever since. During college, she became deeply involved in campus ministry through Chi Alpha, where she served in leadership and led small groups. She continued investing in discipleship and Bible study leadership throughout graduate school, developing a heart for helping others know Christ and grow in intimacy with Him.
Taylor holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise from Virginia Tech and a Master's degree in Global Health from Duke University. Her academic and professional background includes research and service among vulnerable populations, and she has spent several years walking alongside survivors of violence and trauma. Through global travel and ministry experiences, Jesus has remained the thread connecting every season of her life and work.
In recent years, after returning to Atlanta, the Lord expanded Taylor's calling into both prayer ministry and health and wellness. She is the co-founder of Built Holy, a health and wellness company that helps women pursue God's design for spirit, soul, and body through spiritual rhythms, healthy living, and functional strength. She also leads OASIS, a program serving women recovering from trauma and crisis through movement and holistic wellness.
Taylor is passionate about seeing people encounter the fullness of Christ through healing, freedom, breakthrough, and deliverance. She carries a particular heart for women to experience restoration and to walk confidently in their God-given identity. Having received training in prophetic ministry, intercession, inner healing, and deliverance, she ministers with both compassion and boldness, longing for every person to encounter the healing presence of God and experience the transforming power of the Holy Spirit.
Today, Taylor serves part-time on staff with Blameless Ministries, where she oversees prayer team development, leads prayer processes, and equips others in prayer ministry. She loves teaching, intercession, and inner healing and is committed to helping believers grow in intimacy with Jesus and live in the fullness of who they were created to be.
When she is not serving in ministry, Taylor enjoys drinking her morning coffee, strength training, spending time outside, running, and caring for her plants.
